You’re here to enjoy yourself.
“COME ON CHAT! CHAT! THIS IS A NUKE! SET YOUR MAX BIDS!”
You’ve heard it. So have I.
We can get excited about a great card without making everyone reach for the volume button. And if an auction closes below what I hoped for, that’s my problem. You don’t owe me a higher bid.
Spend what you’re comfortable spending. Enjoy the cards. Breaks shouldn’t come with a headache.
All cards ship. Always.
Every card. Every time.
You shouldn’t have to hit an autograph or a numbered parallel for your spot to count. If your team gets base cards, those are your cards. You paid for the spot.
Shipping everything is the bare minimum. I think it should be the standard across the entire industry.

Your cards deserve a proper trip home.
Getting a hit should be exciting. It shouldn’t turn into days of wondering whether it’ll arrive, what shape it’ll be in, or whether it shipped at all.
We ship within 36 hours of the break finishing. Every order goes in a box. No exceptions—even if your order is one base card.
We pack base cards worth pennies with the same care as a $15,000 Cooper Flagg autograph. What you paid, or what someone says a card is worth, doesn’t change our responsibility to get it to you safely.
We’ve shipped more than 30,000 orders, with three packages going missing in that time.
I’m proud of that track record. Those three still make me angry enough to keep improving how we pack and ship. There’s a person waiting for every package.
You should be remembered after the break ends.
You work hard for your money. If you choose to spend some of it with us, that deserves more than a transaction and a quick move to the next auction.
We make a point of thanking every first-time buyer. We want to learn your favorite teams, what you collect, and what you’re hoping to find. More importantly, we want to know you.
The conversations shouldn’t end when the last pack is opened. Neither should the feeling that you belong here.
Of everything we’ve built at We Should Rip, the community is what I’m most proud of.

This is how we should rip.
Enjoy the break. Ship every card. Pack it with care. Get it out promptly. Remember the person it belongs to.
None of that should be a differentiator. Until it isn’t, we’ll keep doing it.
